Blue. It can basically accomplish anything red can, without the difficulties faced by it or drawbacks of being a freak creature that will be shot on sight. I can eventually remove myself from physical needs, create my own comfy pocket dimension and even have a "physical form" that is essentially perfect and won't deteriorate. Green sounds nice and all but the body hopping sounds tricky to maintain without getting out of hand. I'd obviously destroy it of course, too dangerous to let it get into anyone else's hands. Red doesn't seem all that powerful but I'll probably destroy it too just to be safe.
