it's pretty much borderlands 2 with slightly different gun mechanics/changeups
the issues with BL2 wasn't really fixed with BL3, and that is its greatest failure

But they fixed the retarded level scaling and boring skill trees. Guns also don't look and sound like star wars toys anymore.

Best gameplay in the entire series, meh story. Probably the most fun I ever had in years with a videogame once I reached the Circles of Slaughter or the Takedown with a good build though

Yes, they did. The problems only come with M5 and up, the rest of the game is in a much better state than BL2 ever was

Everyone had 3 different skills, and 5 or 6 modifiers for them too. Even the passive skills were more interesting.
