first I went through Dragon Ball manga
a month later or so I played Towelket which has quite simple Japanese.

When I'm doing things, all I can think about is how bad I am at doing it. When I try doing anything related to learning Japanese, all I can think about is how everyone is much better at it than I am. It feels almost borderline embarrassing when I'm trying. It's the only thing I can think about.

When I play Japanese games, sure. I get more practice in the zoom meetings I have, though, since I live in Japan and trying to talk about technical topics in Japanese with 20 people at once is a better brain workout.

The Mandarake is Shibuya is pretty awesome, as are the multiple ones in Nakano Broadway. The Akiba one is only really good for trading in stuff because it's convenient.

How long does it usually take? I did a few hours yesterday and I got the vowel characters in my head down, but when I did the quiz today I flubbed and didn't do well.
How would I go and do this? I'm just following the grammar guide so far.
