I expect the HoMM combat section to be much better than the kingdom management shit they made in kingmaker. Actually I want the HoMM combat to be better than the RPG section.
Kingmaker was pretty good but unintutive for a beginner who doesn't know the rules and wish it had more unique armor, weapons and items to use. It showed it was a low budget game but never was bad.

Use Resist energy - electricity buff on all your party members and hope they hit it to death after 20 missed hits or use the only magical attack which can hit them which is magic missile (lvl 1 spell) - just spam it on them.
