I just tried Princess Maker 2 and was surprised at how good it was. Are there any others games like this outside of the Princess Maker series? Preferably ones that aren't too lewd. Google just pointed me towards other games in the series and shit like The Sims

It's a legitimate game. I'm just put that line about preferably not lewd because the idea of that stuff with your daughter is pretty fucked up, even if it's adopted. The game itself was very unique to me, so I enjoyed playing through it a few times and trying different things. I think it's worth a try

Love Live The Queen (yes that is the name of it) on Steam is a VN that act the same way but pride itself on cutting your adventure short with a story if your queen isn't X enough to see tomorrow with multiple endings. Finding all possible endings can be a game in of itself though and just as fun as playing to win. Don't let the VN label scare you off, it have stats and character growth in the game way as Princess Maker. Only thing that might drive you away is due to the short term nature of it as it want multiple playthroughs instead of one long one.

ehh, if anything i place the blame on them for being so mesmerized by material things. if they were prioritizing the better personality traits of their peers instead of constantly yipping at older men, maybe things would be different. but i've played within this system since i was like 14 so now i'm gonna work myself into a position where i can maliciously abuse the rules. again though, the ultimate goal here is not only having a wholesome partner, but to protect her. it's just easier protect someone when they haven't been beat to shit by their lives for 20-something years than it is to help someone recover.
