B450 Tomahawk.
MX500 instead WD Blue.
WD Blue HDD instead seagate.
Do not cheap out in the PSU, look for Seasonic PSUs or EVGA G3 PSUs.

I built mine 9 years ago, young man. The magic of PC building is being able to replace old parts with new parts, even the case itself. I hope everyone builds their own PC instead of buying prebuilds. I know it's a little more expensive but the knowledge is priceless and will serve you well for the rest of your life.
