Pics kind of unrelated there. There's plenty of examples of him being told that his code is inefficient and causing bugs/problems in the game, all of which he responds aggressively.
Hell, he even fucked up a partnership he had with an indie studio, Tiny Build, because the help tried to get his code running better, and move away from JavaScript, a programming language more known for working with web browsers to add functionality to web pages.

Realistically, nothing.
Remember, he originally showed his concepts and was updating on progress in AGDG threads on the superior Eight -Chan (R.I.P.). He stopped doing so because people dared to criticize him and eventually, because he was such a sperg, there were always some anons in the thread mocking him.
So he moved to Reddit in a fit of rage, where he could control everything people said and remove criticisms.
Now even Plebbit and YT tards have caught on on how much of a thin skinned faggot YandereDev is.

The issue of coping with the scope of the game was something brought up since the first year of development.
Someone always asked him why he does not hire an extra programmer and he always cited "time" as the problem, as if pausing development for a few weeks to familiarize the new guy, so that they can continue at twice the pace afterwards was a stupid thing to do.
A few years later, as the user mentioned, TinyBuild checked his spaghetti code and he told them to fuck off when they reported back with what the issues are.
