honestly, people complain about graphics in ff7 because they're normies or something, but the graphics are beautiful to me even now.

Aerith was always the normiebait in the original anyway, because her affection started at fucking 50. You had to do everything in your power to NOT date her.
This time around, there are far less choice for all 3 affections. Ignoring people and simple Y/N to doing sidequests is all that matters.

Why is the remake so lacking in colors for fucks sake? The original was also gloom and oppressive but also had colors and particular aesthetic.
The scenery for ff7r loos incredibly generic, not charming and barely has color. Almost like someone sucked the soul out of it.

It’s not, but the screenshots show a different perspective. In the OG you see the entire room, whereas in remake it’s showing a specific part of the bar behind Tifa.
