>Pokemon cuts half the Pokedex, to be added as free DLC >nintendies revolt >Animal Crossing cuts gyroids and furniture sets, to be added as free DLC >nintendies revolt >FF7R cuts 70% of the story, locations, plot points, the entire overworld, and several party members >cut content will be sold to you as 3 additional full price games >8/10 Game of the year!
It's literally a case of only Snoys being insecure enough to review bomb games.
Aaron White
1. False equivalence. 2. It's not Sony's choosing to piecemeal the game it was Square's. 3. People did rage years ago when it was announced that it would be episodic. That was years ago, I doubt many care as much now or even at all.
Jonathan Gray
this is your brain on snoy
Jaxon Barnes
Whoa I didn't know Sony was developing Final Fantasy.
I wonder how they managed to get the property away from SE?
Dylan Hill
>Why are the user ratings for Nintendo games so low Pic related
Pretty much happened when PS1 switched to discs, everyone knows FF's been a de-facto Sony property ever since, you're lying to yourself if you still think the fact that it's technically developed by Square means anything, FF is Sony's Mario or Halo
Sony owns a minority stake in Square, Sony execs sit on Square's board of directors.
Logan Davis
those scores are honest though
Isaac Wilson
I thought animal crossing was well received by fans?
James Bell
Then why is damn near every FF available on every platform. That logic doesn't make sense. Mario isn't anywhere else (legally) but on Nintendo consoles. Does Yas Forums know anything about videogames?
Ryan Reyes
Both sides have faggots like you waiting to be all gay about it
Tyler Smith
Nintendo games are overrated. Pokemon was complete trash and animal crossing was a casual game with one save file to pump hardware sales.
John Ortiz
Isn't the 1st disc of FF7R as long as the original game? In contrast, SW/SH is shorter than an average Pokemon game
Landon Moore
What kind of person buys two switch for AC save files? You're just supposed to accept the limit you moron.
Aaron Brooks
FF7R was the golden egg for Squenix and they only managed that, despite buying out so many e-celebs.
FF franchise in general has some really loyal and devoted fanatics. Even on Steam, where people often review bomb games for the most stupid of reasons, FF13 has mostly positive reviews.
After-the-fact ports don't count, FF always launches on Sony first and more often than not exclusively for several years if not over a decade
Blake Russell
>everytime You stupid ugly fuck, this not only happens with every popular game, metacritic prunes them. Nintendo fans are just plain fucking stupid and you make a great case for it.
Colton Taylor
You mean >This is the hardcore Pokémon game for real fans, last year’s was for the GoBabbys >This is the next Animal Crossing, we won’t give details until a week before release, we hope to surprise you! >FF7 remake is going to be broken into parts Misdirection on one company’s part (the same company that controls ALL of their media coverage, as in, outlets only know exactly what we know from Nintendo). The other was pretty straightforward once the ball got rolling. And none of there are Sony lmao
Why cant someone take people like you and curb stomp you? Who would even miss youu
Nicholas Foster
I'd miss him, he's a cool guy ngl
Jason Gray
Is there any subset of fans of anything in any medium more pathetic than console faggots? Where does this level of abject degen faggotry even stem from? poor fags who can't cope with not being able to afford every platform?
Michael Rogers
That only proofs how braindead the basedneys are.
Ryder Sanders
If the only FFs you know are 7-10 then maybe. Otherwise you're wrong.1-6 all released on Nintendo systems. The 13 trilogy is all on 360 as well as ps3. 11,14 and 15 are multiplats as well. That's just the mainline games.
Dominic Mitchell
>Pokemon >80 Sometimes the user score brigading seems pretty fair honestly, to even out deluded review scores. If any franchise by any other developer was as stagnant, mechanically dull, repetitive and milked dry as Pokemon it would have been buried 10 years ago. Nintendies are just hopelessly brainwashed, I can only muster pity for them
Also, are there are any actually good/interesting monster raising games out there at the moment?
Leo Peterson
>If any franchise by any other developer was as stagnant, mechanically dull, repetitive and milked dry as Pokemon it would have been buried 10 years ago They're still pumping out CoDs, GTAs, and sports titles, so I'm inclined to say that is not true.
Joshua Cox
>Pokemon cuts half the Pokedex, to be added as free DLC Which wouldn't be that big of a deal if GF wasn't so fucking lazy that they copy pasted the models straight from the 3DS games and did the absolute lowest amount of effort for animations >Animal Crossing cuts gyroids and furniture sets, to be added as free DLC I mean they are doing touch ups to all the assets to move them to HD, plus if it's free not much is wrong with it >FF7R cuts 70% of the story, locations, plot points, the entire overworld, and several party members Unlike the other two, FF7 has never been remade before, so it being completely built from original assets means that the game would be a TALL order to develop the entire original game for 8th/9th generation
>>nintendies revolt They fucking eat it like shit without any complaint and that pokemon was the best selling game they ever had. What the fuck are you talking about?
