The bone was mended wrong from the start. He broke the wrongly-mended bone so that it could be properly put in its place and truly heal. But only Artemy can do that.

I'm going to sound like a fanboy, but I really love how well all the themes and narratives work in this game. The conflict between nature and technology, the inivetabilty of death, the power conflict between the families, the whole metanarrative thing with breaking the 4th wall and alluring to the theatrical nature of the story (I can't really put it more eloquently than that), while wrapped in this mysterious, almost uncanny nature of the setting - it all really so well works.

Disco Elysium, on the other hand, with its political conflict that is pulled out of the ass at every corner feels so forced and artificial.

I disagree. Aglaya feels a lot more real, almost self-aware as an theatrical play/game character. And they way they click with Artemy is so natural, unlike Lara, who remains cold to him until the end.

On the second playthrough of Pathologic 2, I feel like the game is a little too clear and explicit, actually.
Like this dialogue is really border-line on the nose.

It becomes even more clear once you realize that the dialogue window is basically a close up of an actor standing in the spotlight on stage.

Might be outdated in the current version, I dunno.

Should I go for the third playthrough of Pathologic 2 or finish all the characters in the first one? Currently doing a run as the Bachelor.

when does he say that? was it after dying or while you were in the theatre. he is easily the most interesting character in the game
