Play it if you want to just turn your brain off and shoot shit but if you're looking for an actual fun RPG to explore I wouldn't bother

The problem with Fallout 4 is that every village is the same settlement with reused quests and unimportant stock characters
So the entire commonwealth consists of 2 small
and a medium sized cities and 30 settlements of which you only vistit 2 regularly

Oh you want X mod? Then you gotta get the mod manager, the script extender, the MCM menu mod, and this other dependent mod. But this dependent mod has another required mod you have to download. Now your game is crashing and you have to troubleshoot the load order, and find out which mod is causing the issues.

I'm over extreme modding. My NV playthrough right now has only 20 mods and 10 of those are the official DLC plugins, and the other 10 are mods that add uncut content.

If you *really* wanna scratch that TPS Fallout itch, then Fallout 4 can hold you over for a certain amount of hours, but you'll eventually come to realize how shallow it all is.

As bad as the game is, the one big thing I enjoy from it is Survival mode. No fast travel, no save scumming, harder fights, and more careful thinking. I know mods can add a similar mode to previous games but it made my experience much much better, considering how easy the game already was

Fallout 4 is an inferior 76. The only strength it has is being a little bit more stable. Everything else is better in 76. Map, exploration, weapon variety, enemy variety, story, characters, armor.

In low condition with no additional power cores. You lose it immediately after unless you've played the game several times or look up where to find fusion cores and the screws, springs, nm, etc to repair it

Are you actually retarded? Fallout 3, 4, and 76 all have random encounters and variations in what happens out in the wasteland
In new Vegas you will always run into the same raiders on the way to nipton with the same gear on your first or hundredth playthrough
Once you become familiar with that and the speech checks there's little to get out of the game, especially once you've sided with everyone
