Nintendo first party games usually are more quality-controlled by their teams. gives it more of a premium feel like said.

In the past I believe they resisted price drops to more or less recover the losses of printing hardcopies and shipping them all over the world. Notice that it's gotten better since they've adopted the online marketplace shops with their platforms. Since Switch Online went up, they've appeared to budge more with discounts. they also have been working with their own online store credits which benefits the customer and themselves in certain ways.
