Basically, there are people who think everyone (or a significant number of people) are literally stalking them at all times for whatever nefarious reason. There are loads of videos of these people who are just going off on some random passerby on the street or UPS driver or whatever because they think they're following them. It's literally insane. Scary and sad to think what these people's lives must be like if they're just constantly terrified that everyone around them is in on some giant conspiracy
