>drift
>underpowered
>hurts to play in handheld mode for more than an hour
>no analog triggers
>bad online

It's still one of my favorite consoles though. The games are nice and comfy.

I'm sure sure a decent PC will be able to emulate all the good games in a few years, so why bother?

Broken controllers that they still haven't bothered to fix
Most prominent games are bing bong wahoooo, pokemon or zelda
Fans are such ass lickers that they go out of their mind for a 10 year old port

It manages to have more shovelware available for it than the fucking wii.

>overpriced games
>bad d-pad (both on the joycons and Switch Pro controller)
>bad online for a lot of their games
>no backwards compatibility
>no analog triggers (Mario Kart and Splatoon could have made great use of them)

Literally designed to fry itself out

No analog triggers are a plus in my book. I agree with the rest though

Felt like shit all day today, turns out my blood sugar was almost 300. I can't figure out what I ate or what happened so I'm starting to wonder if my body has just detiorated to the point I can't do anything about it.

I went running until I collapsed in 100+ weather and had to call someone to pick me up, didn't really help things. Still had about 250 and still felt like shit.

I've been really depressed lately and I'm just struggling to find anything in life worth fighting this for or if I shouldn't just end it before I start suffering the inevitable issues.

Sorry anons, I just don't know if I'm going to make it and at 3 AM I needed to say it somewhere.

The pro controller is a must (for me) as the normal controls are awkwardly shaped and too small.

>>no analog triggers
What games even use analog triggers these days? Just driving games?

No analog triggers
720p screen
Other than that it's pretty damn good, I like my Switch a lot.

Joycon drift fucking sucks
t. tendie

My only issue is overpriced games. honestly impressed with the visuals it can pull off when the devs actually put in the effort.

>underpowered
>poor build quality
>poor battery life
>poor online service
>multiple first party release droughts
>library is mostly ports of games most people played years ago and indie/mobile shovelware
>no way to sort/organize the home screen until you have so many titles and even then there are no folders or categories

It's not a DS

>Hardware actually released at least three years ago
>Price worsening the previous x100
>Bad online because Nintendo
>Paid online worsening the previous x100
>Games are mostly gen 7 ports
>Battery life
>Advertised as portable yet hardly used like such
>Advertised as home system yet performs like a handheld
>Android built in
>Nvidia
>Pretty much the previous system with less features sold at higher price
That I can think of. The only thing it has going on for it is using based cartridges

nintendo after the gamecoob has put game quality ahead of powerful hardware

Games like GTA and Far Cry have driving in them and make use of analog triggers, but they're not driving games. And the fact that most games don't use them is irrelevant, adding analog triggers to a controller adds options while taking away nothing. Nintendo themselves found interesting uses for analog triggers with the Gamecube (Mario Sunshine, Luigi's Mansion, Smash Bros Melee, F-Zero GX). Even in some games that don't use the analog capabilities (like shooters), an analog trigger just feels better to press than a digital button.

Why would i play games where the graphics look like from 2004 when i got RTX on my PC? This is a poorfag console

Joycon drift.

Can't do 1080p in handheld mode, wouldn't be a problem but some games are made with 1080p in mind, so text and interface don't look right.

If you want to use it as a home console exclusively you're probably paying double the price for a display, joycons, battery, etc. that you're never going to use.

The tiny little flap over the cartridge port makes swapping games more annoying than it needs to be, especially in docked mode, and I get the feeling it's going to dry out and break on me at some point.

The battery life is abysmal on the OG and Lite, and only barely servicable on the updated model.

They still didn't just shove Pro Controller internals into a Gamecube controller mold for the new Pro Controller. Come on Nintendo, how hard can it be?

For some reason the dock is designed to essentially insulate the console even though Nintendo is traditionally very concerned with thermals. Probably not a huge problem, but still baffling to me.

The dock smudges the glass just outside the display a bit.

No proper d-pad on the joycons.

I honestly like the Switch, but it's practically drowning in flaws.

I don't know if this is pasta, wrong board, bait, or legit, but can anyone tell me what "300 blood sugar" means?

Drift display isn't 1080p, shit dpad on pro controller, two steps forward and a step back nintendo's typical approach, and I'm a huge fan even, day 1 buyer

Honest opinion here. I would 100% become a raging, slavering Nintendo fanboy - if the console wasn't so fucking underpowered. For God's sake, Pillars of Eternity had to be GRAPHICALLY DOWNGRADED and even then IT LAGS, just to give one example.

It still lacks the main menu customization the 3DS had.

I got the model that was too late to hack, but before the battery upgrade. I play almost entirely handheld in bed (which is super comfy and not at all uncomfortable), but the battery runs out too quickly. I'm generally happy with the performance, but I picked up Skyrim and it's unplayable (haven't tried it docked); even the cut scenes in DQXIS look pretty shitty compared to PC videos I've watched online. I denied the drift issue for years, but my right joycon started to drift right at the start of the pandemic, so I can't send it in for repairs (and I decided to play BotW again but it's unplayable with even the littlest drift. It could be better, but it's still my favorite console by far.

>All the notable games on the system are rehashes of the same mainstay IP's we've had for 20 years
>Used marketing bait-and-switch tactics like announcing Metroid Prime 4 and SMT V to push sales, when it's obvious now those games won't come out till Switch 2
>Joycons are fragile and break easy. The left joycon has a very common problem where the stick makes metallic noises that cannot be fixed. Joycon drift.
>The screen is fragile and the dock runs the risk of scratching it, so you're essentially forced to get a screen protector.
>Tabletop mode? Go fuck yourself, the kickstand is dogshit.
>E-Shop is full to the brim of shovelware made in Uganda
>No UI customizations or interactions. Really? The 3DS had this. Shit, the PSP had this. Whoever designed the system UI is braindead

Diabetic.

Normal glucose(blood sugar) levels would be around 80-130.
