You mean Covenant style, take a closer look at the armor, resemble what Brutes wore in Halo 3, very smooth and sleek unlike the Banished Brute. Also, Mega Construx calls a Banished Brute "Banished Brute" so it's not them, the ranking is another indicator along with the other Covenant species revealed in the toy line.
