Its at best okay. It has a shitton of annoying grindy mechanics which slow down progression for no good reason. Shit like limiting the number of caps you can get a day, and nerfing farmable items every day you sell them so you have to keep changing what you sell.

It also has zero challenge, while its enemy variety is great, you really dont need to pay attention to levels at all, a level 1 is as dangerous as a level 60, the only difference is health sponge. So no matter where you go or what you do you'll be fine.

All group content basically forces you to use heavy weapons though against spongy bosses that take forever to kill.

Still won't play until the balance gets completely overhauled which will never happen. Level 200s are running around with TSE handmades 1 shotting anyone. Heavy and energy guns are still shit even with buffs. PvP is dead. Got bored of PvE a long time ago. The game will remain uninstalled.

Melee is actually good in 76 because it scales so hard with strength and melee skills. But two hander is the only viable one.
