Absolutely awful. I was, whatever, early 20’s when it came out. Own multiple systems. Active consumer in the video game market. Neither seeking out a lot of info on upcoming develops, nor completely ignorant of upcoming shit. Right in the middle of the pack in terms of the active video game buying market’s overall awareness of industry developments and shit, is my point.
And the fucking WiiU had been out for six months or longer before I realized it wasn’t an add-on for the Wii. And if your name is so bad that you miss me, square in the middle of what should be your bread and butter customer base, then somebody done fucked up

This, mainly. It confused your average normalfag as well (i.e. majority of Wii's base) so bad that Ninty had to make a commercial specifying that it was a different system altogether.
I've never been too fond of the Turbografx-16. It's too buzzwordy.

Xbox One because it actively made it harder to talk about an already existing console. It didn't just fuck over itself, it fucked over the actual Xbox 1.
