I am completely in the opposite. Not even half way through and this is already the best game I have played all year. Not that that is says much.

I stopped playing as well. Not really into FF and thought why not, looks alright and quarantine.
Stopped around the part where youre delivering flowers with aerith. One slow gay stroll after another, which is too bad bc all i want to do is fight shit

there's an absurd amount of slow walking and slow animations between the combat and eventually the combat gets stale. there's barely anymore depth from the first 10 hours to the last 35-40

that section is like 1 minute of the game

the camera and aerial combat is atrocious and so many of the enemy designs just suck to deal with
