It seems like you guys sperging out due to the story having grey to it. From what I seeing a lot of you are reacting from an emotional standpoint rather than if the plot proceeds in a logical way. I honesty interesting that the player takes control of his killer.
So, what exactly is the problem with the story?

Move back to Israel, simp.
It's not inherently bad, but it looks like it'd be hard to do well.
And I'm not confident ND will do it well enough, but the game will still get 100/100 reviews and be praised as the game of the generation
What's funny is that there wouldn't have been any issue with the plot if abby resembled to an actual woman and not a roided shemale, her character design fucked up literally everything
Probably because Abby just curbstomps them both times. There's no struggle, no back and forth, no cat and mouse. Think of all the popular villains out there that people like. How many get away with everything and face no struggles whatsoever? I assume there's some sort of actual in-game boss fight. If the leaks had shown that, that might have gone over better. But just watching those cutscenes where she wails on them isn't satisfying. It lacks the satisfaction of conflict.
No one wants to see characters they like get brutally beaten and killed especially when they try make the character that does it one of the protagonists and attempt to make them sympathetic.

Oh you're a retard European, you wouldn't get it
Yeah the Internet is full of children who are crying because Joel and Ellie aren't gonna get a happy ending even though it was obvious at least one of them was going to die because the game world this series is set in is bleak and depressing as fuck. Also one of the characters looks funny.
Reality is that it's a risky, very interesting decision but if they flesh out the Abby character enough then maybe they'll pull it off. No point making assumptions based off of a leaked plot summary when there's so much context to gain when actually playing the game.
this, especially if the player loses control. Gamers don't like having dumb shit happen when we can't do anything about it whereas we could easily defeat that golfer man in a boss battle

How can you be sure that Abby has no hardship if all the leaked footage was a random points in the game.
