What character archetype would you like to see them add? I'm thinking of an alchemist. They had the witch doctor in D3, and there's the possibility of making a potion thrower barb in D2, but an alchemist in itself would be cool.

they did at first, but blizzard actually listened. they had all the skill damage based on your weapon damage, but they dropped it when people complained. it looks like they're going back to the diablo 2 synergy system.

Diablo (1) didn't have a necromancer and it was fine.

This. When 99% of the game is hitting things, the hitting must look, sound and feel good. Titan Quest really fails here, just like Grim Dawn does.

Basically every ARPG that isn't a Diablo game fails at this.
The only other one I can even think of off the top of my head that sorta got that right was Wolcen, and it still got tons of complaints about being clunky for having stuff like casting animations or not letting you pot mid-channel or something. Also it had lots of other problems, obviously.

wolcen came close, but it has this insane problem where an enemy can stand on top of you, so your guy spins and swings wildly and can't do damage.
what build you going, Yas Forumsros? i'm thinking about going an ATTACK build with a little bit of DEFENSE allocation. My second build will probably be DEFENSE oriented with some LIFE though, love playing as the tank!
