You guys haven't been here long enough if you don't know what the image in the OP is referring to.
You could see the slow decline in originality in 3x3 threads over time as people stopped being honest because they didn't like being made fun of for having "bad taste" and started lying on their 3x3s to fit in.

It got altered for Yas Forums because the same thing happened here too. Back in 2006 you'd see a lot more honest shit on peoples 3x3s but over time they started to all look like the exact same jumble of the same Yas Forums approved games with no risky or original picks.
