Satisfactory is developed by Coffee Stain, which is a child organization of Nordic, not Deep Silver.
Additionally, Nordic is very hands-off if you haven't figured it out. They have their hands in the money pie, but they let the companies decide their own fates, only dictating on the development teams they personally lead.
