>Name a single more based v̶i̶l̶l̶a̶i̶n̶ hero. You can't
Had to fix this
>Villain
Well technically he's the villain of the game because the people of Vvardenfell see him as such because of the ash/blight storm, corprus disease etc. Although it is undeniable that you the player finds out the Tribunal is worse than him
Dude even asks you to leave rather that hurt you. Chad looks after his bros.
Is this a lore thread? I haev a question
If yokudan religion is anuic and considers Lorkhan as low as the tamrielic mers do, are lefthanded elves padomaic? Did they worship Lorkhan?
You know what's even more based? The challenger gives the first blow. Name a single other villain that does this, you can't.
Based
fuck Vivec
kill Almalexia
marry Sotha Sil
worship Dagoth Ur
All four are traitorous scum.
Literally the only way he could be better is if you could buddy up with him in the end.
Vivec's into weird shit, I'd rather
Kill Vivec
Marry Almalexia
Fuck Sotha Sil
And of bloody fucking course worship the fuck out of Dagoth Ur
Dagoth Ur betrayed Nerevar for his own good. He knew that the Tribunal wanted the heart for themselves and were going to kill Nerevar after he did the job. It wasn't just a betrayal, it was doing the right thing despite the circumstances.
>caring about omega loser Nerevar
How was the tribunal worse?
>Marry a traitorous cunt who pushed you under the bus for a one-man beta uprising that was Vivec
Can I get a quick rundown on who are the tribunal and dagoth ur, I started playing morrowind recently and I read the wiki a bit, I know Vivec was a literal prostitute, now he's a god because he killed Nerevar and used the tools of the Dwemer on the heart but I don't know much besides that
Finish Morrowind first, then discuss the lore you dum dum
dude you are IN PROCESS of playing the fucking game, why are you asking people to spoil it for you?
what are you even doing here?
>omega loser
>literally reincarnated back to the world of living to hunt them down one by one as they shiver in fear trying to supress the Nerevarine prophecy
The devs actually intended this feature to be in the game from the start, but it was removed before release for lore reasons I suppose. There's a sixth house mod that allows you to join the faction as the Nerevarine but Vladxn's mod is straight up a complete campaign. I recommend trying it out
After Nerevar fought the Dwemer and found the heart, Dagoth urged him to destroy it immediately. Naravar figured that he'd be trustworthy to let him guard the heart while he would go have a talk with the Tribunal. The Tribunal said "we'll keep it but we won't use it". And so Nerevar was sent to get the Heart back, but Dagoth knew what was happening. Not only did he make a connection with the heart, he was aware that the Tribunal were planning on killing Nerevar and using the heart for themselves. Nerevar was convinced that the heart drove him mad, so they fought. Nerevar was greatly wounded, and Vivec, Almalexia and Sotha Sil showed up at red mountain. Vivec stabbed Nerevar with his spear and they kept the heart for themselves. This betrayal got Azura so mad that she not only turned the Chimer into the Dunmer but also prophecized Nerevar's return.
She's kinda wholesome though, I mean before the whole getting insane over losing the heart.
If he wants to know he'll look it up anyway. Doesn't hurt to explain it anyway
But what's more addictive intoxicating innocence, Caius skooma or salmo's sweetrolls?
Except for the fact that the you being the reincarnation of Nerevar is only a possibility. Did you even play the game?
Caius does Skooma topless in a 1 bedroom apartment. Is there anything more comfy than that? Didn't think so.
>Azura says Nerevar will reincarnate and depose the traitorous scum *lmsivi and faggot ur
>he reincarnates and does exactly that
>"i-it's only a possibility"
GODS BE PRAISED
It becomes more than just a possibility once you get the ring from the cave of the incarnate
Oh boy...I sense canon arguments!!!
Go home Eorlund. This is a Morrowind thread.
Seen any elves? HAHAHAHA
>he doesn't remember the number of "failed incarnates" persecuted by the temple
>he doesn't remember the cave housing the souls of the would-be nerevarines which Azura had spoken to
The Nerevarine is a title you work to achieve, you are not literally the reincarnation of Nerevar
>he doesn't remember the cave housing the souls of the would-be nerevarines which Azura had spoken to
Yes, and those are the souls of people who failed to make it as far as you did.
>The Nerevarine is a title you work to achieve, you are not literally the reincarnation of Nerevar
That's what I said. Once you recover the ring and get named hortator you have officially achieved the title
Right thats it.
ORDINATOR!
Yes this post.
leave pleb
Why do Dunmer women like Nord men so much?
If based Eorlund wasn’t here, Alduin would’ve eaten the thread
You mean Altmer women, right? Why are there so many farmers in Skyrim married to Altmer girls?
Dunmer girls are so much better though.
>not putting gif version
Is this how you honor the Sixth House, and the tribe unmourned? Come to me openly, and not by stealth.
BRB, Gonna give the heart the bonk.
>Alduin
>Literally a deus ex machina cliche
Name a single worse villain.
>urrr he was created to destroy the world aah so evil
You can't.
...and saved us from Skyrim? That would be a willing trade off.
>Dunmer girls are so much better though.
truth
in fact they are the BEST girls
Only reason I'm playing the game is because I know something about the lore, it's the only thing keeping me in the game, it isn't shallow like skyrim so I decided to give it a shot but the constant crashes and the dated aspect of the game is really making it hard, every fucking time I try to rest there are enemies nearby and I look up and there's a cliffracer 100m up in the fucking sky, making me run around until he manages to get down so I can kill him
Thanks, I knew most of that but canonically did the Nerevarine kill Vivec? With him being his murderer and all why does the the Nerevarine take orders from Vivec, I always saw him as this stuck up asshole just because he's a god and all but he really doesn't seem all that powerful, and why do people actually like Sotha Sil if he murdered Nerevar for the same reason Vivec did
It's even worse when you consider that one of the original plots they were considering was Uriel V coming back from Akavir with an army of dragons to take back his throne
Alduin is an even shitter Mehrunes.
Alduin wasn't going to destroy the world though dumb s'wit. His entire arch was regecting what Akatosh made him for and was instead gearing up to enslave the world again, why else was he resurrecting the Dragons? It's theorized that Alduin actually likes this current Kalpa and wants to keep it in stasis under the rule of Dragons while spitting in the face of Akatish at the same time .
Dagoth Ur threads are the best of Yas Forums
Shame on you sweet Nerevar
What the fuck was his problem?
Perfect fir being Nord wives.
Yeah skrims main quest line is pretty "ech". I have only completed it once inspite of several hundred hours of play.
I remember when I best Morrowind back in 8th grade, that felt like an achievement.
>if you claim to be Nerevarine you're automatically the one without fullfilling the prophecy
Do i really need to argue on this? I can claim that i'm Nerevarine too, it does not make me one. You are told by Azura that you're chosen, then you fulfill the prophecy. You are the Nerevarine. You earn the title and become accepted by everyone as the Nerevarine, but you're born as reincarnation of Nerevar. You don't just suddenly become one.
