The problem with ME's ending is that this is a universe you've gotten to know through three consecutive games with amazing worldbuilding and they close it off way, WAY too quickly. All of the endings except destroy leave the niggling possibility open that something could go horribly wrong with what you're doing.
Like, the Starchild is literally, objectively, a broken AI. They took a directive given to them by their creators and went too far with it. The idea that you'd leave the reapers alive and take one of the reapers' canned choices instead of just nuking all of them feels profoundly uncomfortable after watching them commit genocide throughout all of ME3.

With Control Shepard lives FOREVER, he's in the mind of every reaper, controlling them, and making sure Liara doesn't move on NEVER EVER. Sure my Shepard took her virginity and left her pregnanant, but she SURE AS HELL is going to move on and fuck a krogan, or a black human! NO FUCKING WAY.

I thought the epilogue was fine. No game can ever tell you what happens after, in Witcher 3 Geralt could find out he's transexual in the ending and become Gladys. In what concerns us, the story ended up there with ME3.
And all the endings have their info to share.
It's not as if in Destroy there will be peace forever, hell, people have to rebuild since all AIs are dead, and that could cause wars since surely pirates and shit like that will use all the races being wounded to cause mayhem.
With the Control Ending you become the Guardian of the Galaxy basically, so if there is a race like the collectors trying to invade and kill everyone, you would step up, Reapers are also shown rebuilding. I don't see what could go wrong here, oh noe, Shepard lost control of little Reaper 009, don't think so.
Syntesis is gross because it's basically mind raping everyone to make everyone like each other, it's creepy af. But utopical and seems to end well.

Loved the mini romance with the elven witch though, that ending in which you choke her is beautiful.
