I initially assumed she was because everyone said she was, but now I'm questioning it. With all of the weird writing choices they've made for the sequel, surely they wouldn't be stupid enough to make the villain a large muscular transwoman who beats to cis women within an inch of their lives. I want to believe they wouldn't do something so terribly tone-deaf. If she's just a large cis woman that would be infinitely less bad.
