Pretty much this. I'll sometimes sort achievements by the % of people who got them, and try for some near the bottom of the list. It's fun to play that way once in a while, but that's about it.

I got the 'Dark Soul' Achievement on Dark Souls Remastered. It wasn't very difficult but I'm still proud of it, it was really fun to go around and see all the stuff I missed the first few playthroughs.

I got a trophy in Nier: Autonomata for upskirting 2b.

I plat FFXIII, it took me days to grind cash for all ultimate weapons
Then I plat 13-2 aswell but that wasn't as hard so I did Caius and the final boss again without monsters and with Serah solo.

I also have Dark Souls remaster plat, I did SL1 to past O&S and got bored also, didn't even use electrohammer.
