In Jak 2 there is a wall right outside of the racing arena that has no collision in all versions. You can fly right through it on a hover cycle and fly out of bounds. The farther you go the more the skybox assets fuck up and the map glitches, until eventually you reach the end of the flyable area and you nosedive into the black abyss. Freaked me out as a kid

FEAR was pretty generic with its horror, but there was a part of the game where you're in a room with windows and Alma is supposed to spook you as soon as you walk out the door. Instead, if you look out the window, she's just standing there staring and not moving. I don't know if this was intentional but it was really goddamn creepy.

One time I had come back from surgery and I was laying in my bed watching shit on my Xbox when the entire screen switched to another app and it showed a picture of me in the hospital bed asleep. That shit horrified me to no end and to this day I don't know how that happened. I don't have any devices hooked up to my Xbox and obviously I never had a picture of myself asleep on my phone or Xbox.
