Move the orchard, red spot is the most sensible spot for a market.

Red is near the town hall and the airport so it makes the most sense to put it there, in my opinion.

The red circle makes by far the most sense for a market. It's central to your other facilities and close to the airport. Fruit orchards are kind of lame but it's especially lame to have yours right outside the entrance to your island in the area that gets the most foot traffic.

Nothing wrong with a small orchard as a farm set piece, there's silos and country fence and hay beds and pitchforks and plenty of breadbasket furniture to go along with it.
