Pokemon Clover was just finished. It's like a time-capsule of Yas Forums, plus some damn good mechanic changes/fixes and pretty fairly balanced mons.
I'm also not seeing the Legacy of Goku games for GBA. Skip the first, it's fucking awful due to having no actual Dev team. Legacy of Goku II and Buu's fury are solid 8/10's.

Do injected GBA games behave like ambassador titles or is the emulation different?
Not sure what you mean. For me it just shows up on the homescreen like a regular virtual console game from the e-shop would. You can even put the box art and title screen on it. Pic related

It's not emulation. 3DS has GBA hardware in it.
