Well I can tell you one thing right off the bat, you're not letting all hits of 236x land and canceling immediately, something I see in every beginner Wagner.
As far combos, this hasn't really changed

I'd say we are lacking Chaos even more than Carmine.

Basto/Oni seems like he's filling for a lot of roles where PC is concerned

I actually remember a couple of carmines coming by, and even past them a couple more at least mess around with him. Oni's the only wald I've seen anyone on PC play in a while.

Alright, I still have that saved. I still need to get it down before thinking of anything else. I'm still doing things like getting hit by wakeup overeads and thinking every low is going right into a tick throw.

I wish I could do cool with with her or anybody, but I really still wish I didn't let myself get jerked around so much. Just seems like no matter what videos I watch or how much I get my ass kicked I can't seem to ever make the right decision in neutral or on defense.

I can't personally help with cool shit on Wagner's part but getting those 3k combos in your blood should help you more with what you got now.
Hopefully you're still practicing outside of lobby time

If Basta is in here, how do you usually do 22]X[? Everytime I'm trying to 236X/623A > 22]X[ > 2C/6C I misinput 22A or 22B

I'm not as attached to wagner as most, so the cool shit matters less than not being on the back end all match. I just don't get that same feeling of "oh shit that was smart" like I do seeing everyone else here play.

More or less the same way I do 236A22A > 2C. The difference would be instead of letting go of A in the first step, I hold it until after I do the 22 input.

So instead of:
>236A22A > 2C
I do
>236[A]22 (release A) > 2C

Same thing with other combos. If you're planning on using stance mid-combo just hold whatever button you were using before you intend to input 22 and just release it the same time you'd normally do a 22X set. That being said the most practical use I've found has been for stance oki and s22a shenanigans when Azhi is off-screen or sandwiching the opponent.

Don't forget you have ways to get past projectiles with Wagner
This 236[B] isn't really great for baiting shit out with how slow its startup is
