Mostly the story gets too convoluted for it's own good near the end, and tries too hard to be smart, or deep. Also I kinda felt the gunplay was a little underwhelming compared to past entries.

I still had fun, but I had a way better time with 1 and 2, but I don't hate it.

Like many, I hate DLC, but this ones are pure gold and need to be done to understand not only Infinite but Bioshock 1 too. Bioshock 2 was non-cannon, so the explanation for the event of Bioshock 1 is in Burial at Sea.

because it was an insanely dumbed down railroad sequel that was so masturbatory and boring. The whole game reeks of cut content as the middle section of the game just sorta pops and happens till you turn up at the end.

Infinite was cool in some ways but its still the wrong direction for bioshock to go.

it's hated in the same way Spore is hated, because the game shown in previews and trailers looked far more interesting. Also the ending felt kinda convuluted and shitty since it was basically a way to tie up all the bullshit in a manner that was hardly satisfying

Elizabeth and Booker are the only good part. Everything else sucks. Only 2 guns at a time, powers wear off, story is unbelievable because of all the reality jumping/timeline tears and, once again, only 2 guns at a time. Enemies weren't too bad but none were memorable unlike bioshock 1/2. Fuck infinite.

Because it’s insultingly dumbed down compared to bioshock. In every way, story, gameplay, level design, only the art is on par but it falls flat because they don’t commit to the social context of the time. You’re either a coomer or just have shit taste, likely both
