tiber septim was an orc
M U A T R A
AAAHHHH YESSS
As somebody that has only played Skyrim, should I jump right into Morrowind? Is it dated? Visuals don’t really bother me I’m just looking for a good rpg.
go into oblivion first, it's like an in-between of Morrowind and Skyrim, and makes it much easier once you do go to Morrowind
wat r u poor
fargoth ur
Just get the patch to fix some bugs and you can jump in. The combat is based around dice rolls so you and the enemy will spend some time missing for a bit until you level up a type of weapon.
Discuss.
That kind of sounds like Witcher 1 though I don’t remember missing much but goddamn I love Witcher 1.
Why are they the most powerful race?
You only miss if you miss time clicks in TW.
You will miss through RNG in morrowind
just make sure you have some fatigue before you start spamming m1 at a scrib
By Alessia, I have so many questions I don't know where to start.
are the companions really werewolves?
Your movement speed is tied to the speed stat and at base speed for most races it's abysmally slow. Like about as fast as slow walking in Skyrim. You can sprint but it drains fatigue fast and at 0 fatigue enemies will knock you over if they hit you and almost all your attacks will miss.
I always tag The Steed as a birth sign on character creation. Makes exploring a lot less painful.
Someone give me the full story behind the Lusty Argonian Maid
It has a lot of problems but there's a lot to enjoy too. Writing is solid and the island is one of the best settings of any video game ever, it's weird and alien but feels entirely self-consistent, it feels like you're actually visiting a place with its own cultural identity.
Know that everything is dice-roll based so this can be exploited, or fuck you over. Take risks, join factions, explore on foot. You can kill key plot characters but the game will inform you if it happened, so you can just reload.
A lot of problems with Skyrim are also present in Morrowind so just be aware of that- the economy is completely fucking retarded, the crafting systems are super exploitable, etc.
Is this a shitpost?
tell me more
what do you mean? are you saying they really are?
>Thalmor Jyggalag worship
Now that is some bullshit.
Wolverine Hall
It’s bullshit because Jyggalag isn’t real
Reminder that Ulfric is a Thalmor sleeper agent unwittingly dividing the Empire and therefore humanity against a genocidal plot by the High Elves to wipe them all out and ascend.
What did the Breton Woman mean by this?
>uber powerful Nord tongues defeated by rustbuckets and tribal Chimer, prompting Jurgen Windcaller to create his gay ass Way of the Voice
>resurrected Shor gets killed by Nerevar at Red Mountain
>High King Borgas dies to Bosmer wild hunt, plunging Skyrim into civil war
>Hoag "Merkiller" gets killed by the Direnni at Glenumbra Moors
>curbstomped by the Akaviri 2 (two) times
>had to get help from Almalexia and Vivec as Ada'Soom Dir-Kamal was assraping Windhelm and Eastern Skyrim
>whole of Skyrim pledges allegiance to Reman Cyrodiil, an Imperial, after he defeats the Akaviri - something the Nords couldn't do
>worships Talos, a god of Breton origin
LMAO
Play TES IV Oblivion's expansion 'The Shivering Isles'
>Vivec then saw the moths that would come from the starry heart, bringing with them dust more horrible than the ash of Red Mountain. He saw the twin head of a ruling king who had no equivalent. And eight imperfections rubbed into precious stones, set into a crown that looked like shackles, which he understood to be the twin crowns of the two-headed king. And a river that fed into the mouth of the two-headed king, because he contained multitudes.
He literally was an orc for a bit, but was that his original form?
I think you mean dumbest, outlander
The Hero of Kvatch doesn't mantle Sheogorath. The whole DLC is a prank played by Sheogorath to drive the hero insane. He's currently the real Sheogorath's naked court jester
That's the plot of their questline.
Damn I became harbinger and I had no idea
Got any other lore facts?
How did the Redguards managed to kick the Thalmor out of Hammerfell, but the empire lost to them.
>Dwarves and Dungmer need to team up to defeat a divided Nord empire
>Almalexia asked Wulfharth for help not the other way around
Wait, wasn't that all just a dream?
>dream
Todd is a hack
At the end of Tes3 when the child says "Tell me another story about the shepherd," it is a reference to Vivec's father who was a netch shepherd. This means the Nerevarine fathered Vivec in the past before the Warp in the West (Eye of Terror) transposed time. Nerevar reborn heading east is actually him returning to the past (east becomes west as Nirn in a sphere, just as the future becomes the past as we move forward. This also shows that the Control ending is the only canonical choice.
