If they got rid of Fulton extraction and made the tranquilizer more difficult to use or have silencers break faster I'd say MGSV would have the best gameplay. Don't need to hide bodies if they're hundreds of feet in the air, don't need to choke people out if I can just tranq an entire battalion 3 times over.

I'm the biggest Hitman 2 shill on Yas Forums and even I will say that Hitman is and was never primarily a stealth series, it's closer to a puzzle/action hybrid with some stealth elements.

I watched someone on Youtube beating MGS2 E-Extreme in without breaking a sweat like if he was playing on easy mode and it made me lost all confidence of myself as a gamer.

I played the game on its entirety when the hd versions came out, I barely remember any of it.
I like the uniqueness in it's mechanics but it's just a blur of going around the big she'll or whatever it was, then that other part after raiden gets naked.
At no point does it surpass the quality of others like thief, splinter cell or hitman
