Crysis landscapes were amazing, they still look convincing, but you can see the age showing. They still don't look photorealistic tho, just very well crafted. Crysis 3 doesn't even look as good as 1 imo.

Crysis 3 looks amazing on max settings in the long grass areas when you first get in to New York. Overall I prefer the setting of Crysis 1, the thick jungle with all the interact-able trees is great, but Crysis 3's foliage looks better, Crysis 1 remade in Crysis 3 would have been fucking gorgeous.
I'm excited for Crysis 4.
