Go find an original version private server with inferno difficulty.

this is meant for adventure mode, and these difficulties are just the ones you can set yourself, the game becomes much "harder" in a special dungeon called a greater rift
the difficulty nothing more than putting more numbers into their numbers while they put more numbers into you with you stacking damage reduction
enable monster hp numbers, see what you get
pic related is one trash mob from grift 150 which would roughly equal torment 31
yes, this is almost 3 QUINTILLION health
