I played through the entire game years ago. For what little it's worth the post game is actually pretty fun because the difficulty finally gets somewhere. Stuff like Sentinel and ATB canceling finally have a useful purpose and you really have to plan for what the enemy throws at you. It just is really really stupid how long it takes to get to that point.
