Sega Leaks of the Information you shoudn't know about

Actual Intern at Sega here. If you ask about the guy who posts that image with the 2 Sonic designs, he was lying out his ass on many things. The NiGTHS pitch and the upcoming Ken Penders Sue-Mania is true tho

I got info on tons of upcoming games, license adquisitions and other new projects, but most of it is relatively small like ''this game will come out''. But I have details and had a chance to read a script for an upcoming Puyo game in the works. You are free to ask me (and my soon to be kicked out ass) anything

What's the most exciting thing not disclosed yet? Are you willing to share?

Alright, I'll bite, sega has a '60th anniversary tell us your favorite games made by us' survey up. Are they taking into account any info of that seriously? Probably in the niche population here but I wouldn't mind a new chance to play skies of arcadia again somehow. Also did Valkyria Chronicles 4 really flop sales wise? It didn't deter them from continuing the series did it?

Are they still interested in physical experiences? Like arcade machines, claw machines, etc.

Is blue zavok real

What's the upcoming Puyo game about?
Will it still have a 24 character limit?

Just make new franchises worth a shit, and stop dusting off the past and farming it out to low-rent povertyware indie devs.

Is there a new Afterburner being made or not, I need to gauge my hopes for the future.

bumping

Will they ever release the original Sakura Wars games in English?

Any ports for PCs or other consoles are being planned or anything like that?
This.

Would've trusted in what you said but you wrote "tho" so fuck off, that confirms you're an underaged faggot

Fuck off faggot

I would say it was a recently approved pitch for a new Samba de Amigo game, I like playing that in Arcades. Appereantly is begin developed by a developer called "Craft Egg". I honestly didn't know who they were but I've found them on internet and they are also making that new Miku Rhythm game for mobile devices, so maybe it's just a crummy freemium app or a Apple Arcade exclusive
The survey is kinda "just for fun" like that one oldass poll where the next Sonic Storybook game would take place (which was never even considered in the first place)
VC4 did just ok but that was kinda below what was Sega expecting, same with the new Sakura Wars
Of course they are, it is one of their most profitable sources of money over there
Appereantly the UFO Catcher 10 is near completion
No but the puyo script had way wackier shit on it
Not counting Humankind, there's at least 4 new upcoming IPs between their japanese and international devs
Haven't been pitched yet but there's a 30/70 chance of it
Maybe if the new one sells well? Honestly, I don't know exactly about that
Sega Ages is getting releases out of the Switch as "Sega Ages Mash"
If Sakura Wars sells well enough, then they'll consider Ports to Switch and Series (se)X
Pingas

Sonic CD sega ages when
I dont expect 3 ever because of the music situation

What are they going to do with Ken Pender and Gearbox? Are they going to let themselves get fucked in the ass ad infinitum?
How about Sonic Team? are they finally going to change them?

Any future classic sonic games?
Will you ever resolve the issues with Sonic 3&K?

Is the Sonic Mania team ever going to get a chance at a sequel or a mainline 2D Sonic, or is Team Sonic too assblasted that a bunch of westerners accomplished what they couldn't over the span of 15+ years to let it happen?

There are no plans for a PC port of SW(2019)? Damn, I guess it's time to buy a Switch.

>Not counting Humankind, there's at least 4 new upcoming IPs between their japanese and international devs

It better not be farmed out again to no-name, no-reputation indie devs and have a proper budget behind it.

Outside of Yakuza, it's been a long time since any Sega game made the company relevant again in the modern gaming landscape. Sonic is a spent force, it's been spent ever since the Genesis days. Start getting some real creative talent inhouse again or risk being obsoleted and reduced to nothing more than an IP holding company of yesteryear's games.

Unironicaly adopt a trip so that we could out you as a lier.

there wouldn't be until they try to port them to the other consoles first, if that falls through then we would probably get it next. either way, Sega is really slow with ports so expect 6 months for other consoles and a year for PC minimum.

how is the PSO2 NA team doing? are they working from home? is ALL of sega working from home?

>NIGHTS
Literally what I was gonna ask about whether you're real or not. Give me the scoop please.

They are going after Ken this year if the current world situation scales down, they can't go after Gearbox since there is a chance that Epic and Tencent will step in and try to defend GB at all costs
ST had a kind of a remodelation. They are a strictly Sonic studio now and the development of their other ST related games will be handeled by a new division called "2/4 Games"
After the beta leak, Whitehead and his 2 bitches tried to pitch S3&K to Sega and they approved it, be prepared because Sonic 3 and Sonic & Knuckles are coming... to Mobile devices (yeah they're still refusing to put the CW versions of the classic trilogy on consoles)

>sonic team is only about sonic now
good
>sonic 3 for phones
bad

why no sega ages version

Go on then I'll bite because these things keep my hope alive. Any plans for Chao Garden stuff? In an Adventure remake or otherwise?

Just tell me if they have anything planned for Jet Set Radio. Literally ANYTHING at all.

Adventure isn't getting a remake because ST is making an all new Sonic game that started development in 2018. And if that TSR interview quite didn't make you realize, Sega dosen't want a new Chao Garden

How's working at Sega? Horrible, or meh?

>Sega dosen't want a new Chao Garden
Why

no sense, after all Yakuza rleased first on PC and then Xbox. But again, SEGA didn't announced VC4 for PC until few months before the release...
