It has a bit slower RAM speeds than I would think would be on a $2000 system and I would personally drop the hard drive and just get a bigger M.2 SSD.

Why go for an AiO cooler on the CPU (which doesn't even give you a proper benefit over a decent air cooler) when you do not also have one on the GPU?
If you want to watercool then get a proper loop for CPU and GPU, else stick to air.
