I've decided to see how well RPCS3 would emulate Peace Walker on my 1500x, iirc it was one of the first games to be fully playable back in 2017. So far at 1440p good results, some drops here and there but really playable.

Fuck the APC/Tank/Heli extra ops though.

Use the pistol to dodge
The other guns have a smaller window when dodging and are less forgiving
Pistol makes dodge easy

360/wiiu/ps3 can be spotty, rest are solid. Then again I haven't tried the three I mentioned as spotty in two years.

Xbox 360 emulator is Xenia and has games running on it, don't know how many are playable
PS3 emulator is RPCS3 and it has several playable from start to finish game, and plenty more ingame (Like MGS4)
WiiU emulator is called CEMU, used to be popular for people to play BOTW on it, dont know much else aside from that
Nintendo 3ds emulator is called Citra and has several games that can be played, and it has it's own plug n play online with lobbies, so no need for hamachi.
PSVita has an emulator called Vita2K but it's extremely primitive and early on, not as much interest or financial support like RPCS3 afaik.
Wii emulator is called Dolphin.
and are using the RPCS3 (PS3) Emulator.

Shit, forgot. Nitendo Switch also has an emulator called Yuzu, it seems to be having a steady development pace, never tried it.

Also for anyone thinking of playing GBA games a color correction shader is a MUST. GBA games colors were originally way oversaturated because the GBA didn't have a backlight so they needed to make the colors really saturated to be visible during daylight. A GBA shader will correct for this and you'll get the intended look.
