No they're not. The stock is pumped, because they still haven't released anything. The moment CP2077 drops, regardless of quality (it'll be shit btw), their value will drop to a mediocre AA-studio.
They're nowhere near ActiBlizz or Ubisoft levels of size, these have mutliple studios working on many games. CDP has two studios, the second one working on shovelware like Gwent.
