The slow start really feels like a chore on subsequent playthroughs. I have plenty of other games I can play instead of replaying the shit parts of TP, even if the later parts of the game are great.

If they just got rid of the wolf gimmick it would have been a bit better but all in all it's a great game.

The N64 Zeldas still have better dungeons than Twilight Princess.

TwiPri is the deviantart Zelda game. Its ugly, the tone and scale is all fucked up, the better version is on the older system, the dungeons are gay, the only enemies you fight as the edgy LinkinPark wolf are lazy ripoffs of predator and it has the strongest opening besides maybe lttp. What a shame

I wish more Zelda dungeons were like it, I love how it's a 2 hour behemoth.

I love all of them except maybe Palace of Twilight and I still liked that one well enough.

TP is like the anti-OoT, which is ironic considering how hard it tries to emulate it. While OoT's first "half" is over quickly before sending you into the real meat of the game as an adult, TP drags on forever and ever in its first "half" before just jettisoning you into dungeon after dungeon with no breathing room in the second half.
