While hardly obscure, and in fact probably more well known here than on any other similar board: pic related still deserves SO MUCH more low and attention than it's getting.

Also:
>Original War
>Kohan: Immoral Sovereign / Ahriman's Gift
>Inquisitor (the 2012 Czech CRPG that has writing and story on par with games like Planescape, even if the gameplay is pretty awful)

Sunset Override

i played Kohan Ahriman's gift as a wee lad, and i would not call that a hidden "gem" nor would i recommend it to anyone

Guns Gore and Cannoli

Intelligent Qube
Coropata

Manifold Garden. Barely seen it talked about here, which is a shame, since it's a such a unique game. It's a puzzle game, which generates it's levels infinetly, making for some strange puzzles and extremely interesting looking areas. Pic related.

Which Armored Core Ace Combat level of Assassin's Creed does this Animal Crossing take place on?

I have this on PC. It's solid. I don't have any of the dlc, but the base game is fun to come back to over and over.
I'm sure there is shit the TH purists will seethe about, but if you liked the old one, you'll like this one.
Also, I'm pretty sure a bunch of the devs on this are from the old Bullfrog.

Monster Sanctuary

Distorted Travesty 3

Dungeons of the endless.
Great ist, nice atmosphere Nancy builds and combinations with a nice amount of randomisation each run.

No real reason to play the classic if you didn't play it when you were younger.

Yas Forums playing Magicka together

Gonan give it a try
epic, but google "game name" igggames for free dl

Zeno Clash 1 (I didn't much care for 2)

Rayman Legends
Rayman Origins
Pokemon Glazed (and i don't even like pokemon)

At this point, Legend of Grimrock. It used to dominate top PC game lists and now nobody fucking talks about it.
Both games are still insanely good and the absolute best of their genre.
