it's been like 5 days since I finished the game for the first time, really not in the mood to play through the whole thing again twice just to get an ending that isn't shit, so my Es is gonna be pretty fucking lonely for a while

I finished my second and third playthroughs incredibly quickly after the first. Your Goals bonuses persist across playthroughs, so you can do things like tap once and get enough Ego for multiple story unlocks, or unlock a late-game book incredibly early and have that page fund all your early books. It's fairly trivial to finish the game the second and third time, it's the post-game that's a slog.

I wish the extra conversations were unlockable. It prolong the game's longevity if those were not hidden behind a paywall. There is no point accumulating points after getting the true ending.
