It's ignorance, in the actual sense of the word. Come to think of it, does the guy even credit where he gets the assets from, or is he content to let people think he's scratch-building everything? It'd be pretty scummy to do the latter.

You know, every time you post this thread there's about 30 people in the thread saying the same things as if we weren't already aware about how some people feel about this Unreal Engine stuff.

"All he did was slap some assets together. He completely ruined the game's art style. He competely missed the point of what made the game so great. It's soulless. He can work on this for over a decade and it'll still be nothing compared to what Nintendo can do." You guys borderline get offended over this stuff for no damn reason.

All I can say is that I appreciate the work he puts into his stuff and I know many others do too.
