All the songs added in Royal are damn good. You can argue whether Colors Flying High and Take Over are better than Wake Up, Get Up, Get Out There and Last Surprise, but they're still good on their own merits. I had mixed feelings on P5's soundtrack overall because it seemed like for every great song, there were two or three that I never even noticed, but the new ones are all bangers.

Totally disagree. It's one of those rare games where there's always something interesting going on, be it Phantom Thieves shenanigans, or balancing a busy social/professional/academic calendar, while also trying to fuck my teacher.

I managed to do it with a decent amount of time to spare (though it felt pretty tight at times), but I had foreknowledge on what social stats to focus on and when (e.g. "Hifumi's gonna be available soon, better get my charm up to 3 ASAP") and abused the hell out of Chihaya's fortune telling. But as long as you use your nights effectively and remember to have books and DVDs at all times, you should be able to max out most of them even if you're playing blind.

Epic songs deserve epic moments. Rivers in the Desert got driven into the fucking ground being played for 5 SEPARATE FIGHTS. The song only works in a specific context and that context was Shido. Imagine if Battle For Everyone's Souls got played more than once during P3.

I burst out laughing when they used Rivers in the Desert AGAIN for the Kasumi fight. It felt like there was supposed to be an extra boss theme in the soundtrack that Meguro just forgot to compose, so they spammed Shido's theme instead.
