Only played it for a few hours, almost to the first mana stone, but I'm fuckin' loving it. The only real part that I don't care for is the day/night cycling. I don't think the game needs to just fuckin' stop while it does it's business.
I havent seen any evidence that they were censored.
They used to be, this was an early capture in pic related.
However, this has supposedly been proven wrong, and Sony just kept everything... at least to my knowledge.

Just got to the first Magic Brick and did the Job Swap. I have no direction for my party composition and chose on a whim.
Light Duran just because I want to see a functioning Shield. Will probably flip a coin for the next tier.
Flipped a coin for Angela and went Dark. Will probably go Rune Seer because I like the outfit.
Chose Ranger Hawkeye because Ninjas are dumb. Nomad looks lame but I'll pick it and outfit change back to Ranger.
Just rolled Ang cuz I never used her in the first time I played, reisze, my legit waifu and hawk. Played 5 hours after work. It's really enjoyable and simple. Perfect game for 30 something boomers.

As someone who has both I would hold off on getting FF7R until part 2 is announced/released. The game is only 40 or so hours and although fun, not complete and it really shows.
