No Dune games

>No Dune games
>No Kingkiller games
>No Malazan games

Why haven't they entertained these franchises with video games?

They're sitting on gold. The worlds would be better than Dark Souls and Elder Scrolls. What are they waiting for?

I wanna cum on Kaladin's scar tattoo.

Brandon Sanderson's books would also be perfect.

Why do so many people hate these still suits

OAKLEY GLOVES

Looks fine to me.

Laziness

How would you do a game set in the Kingkiller universe? The magic system has the potential to be innovative but what would the gameplay be like? Play the lute for shillings, get robbed by bandits from time to time. There's not enough conflict in universe to have any gameplay at all.

I guess have Chandrian appearances like the Wild Hunt in the Witcher 3, only make them more eventful and unique.

Other than that, you're probably right. The books have a slow burn. I wouldn't know how to.

Release 2 games and leave players wanting more for years with no ending in sight.

Between Rothfuss and GRRM I don't know who is worse.

Garbage

Behind the Dune

No, retard.

Great argument.

Dune has never had a good game.

Funcom are working on a Dune game.

Play the second level of Panzer Dragoon

t. RTS brainlet.
What actual faggot would want a story game following the events of the books?

>Why haven't they shat up more things with awful videogame adaptations

kys

Someone who read the books. Douche.

Imagine if Syl turned into an onahole to cheer up Kaladin when hes being a little bitch every other chapter haha

>I will pay you to tell me a story I already read

I guess they shouldn’t make movies from the books either? Idiot.

you're correct, they shouldn't

>Implying the Dune movie from Denis Villanueve won’t be HYPE

>a film made in 2020
>by a french canadian
>and it's just ripping off a proper creative work

>user is actually hype for this

which one of those series is worth reading (if i have the attention span of a goldfish).

>>No Kingkiller games
have you read those books? there's so little action I don't even know how they're going to make the movies on it, much less a game. those books are good due to the character writing, not the grand scale of the world like lotr, dune, or even got.

All

>(if i have the attention span of a goldfish)
that means i dislike long winded descriptions and books that drag ass

The best Dune game was given to us by the best company that EA killed.

Fuck those books though, give me a Black Company videogame.
