It's gonna be 75% a remake and then 25% new content, the fact it's 1.22 is a big tell cuz Taro has autism like that, also Taro has gone on record to talk about how much he hates the remake remaster culture and what modern gaming has become so I doubt he'd let his baby succumb to that without a gimmick

Are you able to play full screen without third party fixes? And have you ever had crash to desktop?
I can literally only play in windowed and with 2 cores disabled. Sometimes it can run for 6h straight, sometimes it will crash to desktop in 5 minutes.
