A lack of anything memorable will do that
Biggest letdown
This game is literally an improved new vegas though, it's just too short.
How could the people that wrote Mr. Fantastic not create even one character in a new IP that is as memorable as him?
I can't even remember if this game came out last year or this year, what a piece of shit that faded hard fast and deep into memory
I pirated it and I'm still disappointed
serious question anons, tell me one sidequest you still remember from Outer Worlds
I only remember the cannibal side quest and that was just a shitty smaller version of "Our Little Secret" from Fallout 3
>This game is literally an improved new vegas though
If I bothered to save reaction images, this is where a smug anime girl would come in handy. Not sure if you have shit taste or just worked on the game
combat and shooting mechanics are far worse, and new vegas already wasn't amazing in that department
It was so bland an unfinished.
get the fuck out with your pleb optinions
its a bland shitshow thats mildly interesting for the first couple of hours until you realise that all the weapons and gear are just reskinned stat upgrades, locations are laughably tiny and boring and the characters and plot go nowhere.
comparing it to new vegas is like comparing a shitty chinese bootleg to the original.
cunt.
There was that women who was missing her son.
The son run off and did not want to return to mommy, even suggesting telling her he died.
I killed him for real and told her that I found his corpse on the street.
I remember that because that was the solution I chose.
Embarrassing it got outshined by a game with almost the same name.
The old good, new bad meme is getting tiring.
>forgotten...
... you are.... where..... you belong...
i think there was a quest where you broke into a lab full of giant lizards, but that might've been a main quest. i'm not sure desu
The single most okay game I've ever played.
it has nothing to do with old/new, the game was bland and uninspired unless you have shit taste and low expectations
If they just beefed up a little the first planet and ended the game right there it would be a better...everything after it is just so generic...even the guns are just +1
I actually bought it because I thought it was the game with the time loop.
I remember the gravedigger who wanted money. I also found only 3 companions in the game. I suspected the pink haired woman was another companion but I didn't want her because she was a drunk.
that was a main quest, I don't remember what you had to do there but I remember getting to max carry capacity by autistically looting every lizard hide
>start game
>meet first npc, the wounded corporate guard
>think ill get to play as an autistic corporate shill, exploiting everything and everyone i come across
>very few dialogue options that offer such options
>all pro capitalist decisions have bad consequences
>all hippie commie decisions have good consequences
>stop playing after reaching the third area
nice rpg
Is it any fun to do an evil or corporate stooge playthrough of this? II normally don't like playing evil in RPGs, especially not the first time, but the characters in this seem pretty insufferable so I was thinking it'd be more interesting to piss everyone off
>Waaah game doesn't agree with me
Snowflake.
>he didn't stop playing immediately after entering the first town
Shit taste 0/10
lmao I got a free coupon for that or BL3 last year when I got my 3600x and 3700x and deleted that email immediately.
It never dd anything surprising...
Noah's video tell it pretty well

Good. It only got as much praise as it did because it came out at the time everyone was raging at Bethesda for fucking up Fallout 76 so hard that it could have been considered intentional. Everyone was starved for a fallout game that wasn't complete shit which was what Outer Worlds was so everyone lapped it despite how bland it was.
>rpg only has saint or dickhead outcomes
i wonder why they didnt use red and blue colors in the dialogue options
