You can tell they didn't spend too much money on the graphical artists. Animations in particular are awkward and choppy at times.

Literally only semi-woke line anyone's been able to reference. Some people dislike combat, which is different from other games (but now that I've gotten used to it I think it's better). A lot of peolle are complaining cuz they don't realize the white characters are white because they're not pale whites with blond hair.

They have heating rocks in their quarters, so probably yes on both accounts.
